The seller offers a minimum guarantee of $2,600 worth of work per week.

Duties include steam cleaning, tile and grout cleaning and general cleaning of end-of-lease apartments and houses. Equipment can be arranged and financed.
Most companies require a 1-ton, white (no signs on van), year 2000 or newer model van, as well as Whyte’s specialised cleaning equipment package. You will also need a uniform as well as public liability insurance that meets the company requirements. Contracts and work agreements are exclusively between the contractor and the company.
